Articles can only be returned when they are damaged or when we sent the wrong articles. Please contact us by e-mail (email@example.com ) before returning anything, to discuss the problem. You can only get a refund of the costs of returning after our permission!
In the case that a stamp is damaged and a photo shows the damage clearly in most cases the stamps does not need to be returned. You will receive a new stamp immediately.
The goods you want to return must be carefully packed and sent within 7 days. When we sent the wrong articles these articles have to reach us in perfect condition and in the original, closed packing.
As soon as we have received the return replacements will be maild and the mailingcosts will be transferred to the account indicated by the customer.
